Ingredients

  • 120 g cooked brown rice — cooled
  • 350 ml unsweetened soy milk — chilled
  • 50 g chocolate protein powder — ready to use
  • 80 g silken tofu — drained
  • 6 g unsweetened cocoa powder — sifted
  • 60 g frozen banana — sliced optional
  • 1 g ground cinnamon — ready to use optional
  • 80 g ice cubes — whole optional

Instructions

  1. Add the cooked, cooled brown rice and silken tofu to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in the unsweetened soy milk, then add the chocolate protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder.
  3. Add the frozen banana, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes if using, to increase creaminess and chill.
  4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust thickness with a splash of extra soy milk or a few more ice cubes as preferred.
  6. Divide into two small glasses; sip slowly, stopping when comfortably full, and refrigerate any remaining portion.
